Crankshaft

The crankshaft is an essential part of marine engines and engines for onshore power generation.
The crankshaft is a major functional component which is installed in the crank case and converts the force of the piston, derived from each cylinder during combustion, into stroke motion, thereby transmitting the power of the engine to the outside.

2ST CRANK SHAFT

Slow-speed crankshaft

Hyunjin Materials manufactures each of the following products individually: crank throw, shaft piece without flange, shaft piece w, thrust cam, and shaft with flange. These products are then assembled as one using our shrink-fit fastening method. After final processing, the finished product is supplied to customers.

4ST CRANKSHAFT

Medium-speed crankshaft

Hyunjin Materials is the first to develop an integrated hot-forging technique differentiated from existing forging technology, and to use this technique to produce high-quality ship engines and medium-speed crankshafts.

In particular, the medium-speed crankshaft is a high value-added product with very few manufacturers worldwide.
